Benfa Technology recently made the decision to routinely clean and organize the manufacturing workshop for braiding machines in order to provide a better working environment for staff.

  The 5S standard serves as the basis for the inspection, which demands that workers take responsibility for their roles. The business arranged for staff to form an inspection team in order to periodically check the workshop.

  During the inspection of the braiding machine work site, the inspection team discovered issues like untidy sites, random item placement, and occupied logistics channels. They categorized and sorted the issues based on their nature and shared the information with the appropriate company groups.

  After a period of coordination and correction, the braiding machine's on-site environment has significantly improved. Work efficiency has been greatly enhanced as the current mess is progressively minimized.

  Benfa successfully developed a new type of wrapping machine

  In the golden autumn October, Benfa Technology successfully built the cloth winding machine, enhanced and innovated on the robust weaving machine technology, and delivered it to clients on National Day.

  The biggest difference between this wrapper and the braiding machine is that instead of using braided thread to wrap and reinforce the outside of the hose, the braided hose is wrapped with a whole strip of cloth. This winding machine will cover the braided pipe's shape more tightly than a regular braiding machine, and it will also perform better in terms of wear resistance.

  Compared with the weaving machine, the winding machine's manufacture is a totally new technology that is very challenging to produce. Benfa Technology's production department, technology department, and other related employees have been working hard for several days in a row to ensure the timely delivery of the wrapping machine, and the product is now ready for delivery on time.
