The new automatic steel wire ensheathing machine adopts an electronic control device, which can store 50 different kinds of stored in the product memory, and also can input the diameter of the steel wire, the number of roots and the total length of the steel wire into the database, and save it in the memory for use. The operator inputs the required tension into a push-button potentiometer. Load sensing measures the running tension and delivers the reading to the control system, which compares it to the required tension, and then delivers the result to the control system, which outputs the appropriate voltage to the magnetic ionic brake for tension control.
